This class includes a mixture of strength exercises and cardiovascular training using dumbbells and bodyweight. A full body, heart-pumping, strength building class that lasts 45 minutes from start to finish! All levels welcome!

Low impact water exercise class incorporates cardio, strength, balance and core training movements - all at your own pace!

45 minute low impact, cardiovascular indoor cycling classes- the ultimate calories killer. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat! All Levels Welcome!

Get back to the basics! After a quick warm-up, Des will lead you through some fundamental and skills training (improving your squats, progressing to a pull-up, etc) followed by a quick, intense workout!
