I've lived in Alamosa for 6 years. My favorite ways to stay active outside the gym are to go hunting and fishing and play golf. My fav exercise is bench press because it's the most challenging movement for me to do. My specialty in fitness would be strength and power. I got started in fitness when I started playing football when I was high school. I'm inspired by my faith to be the best version of myself every day in everything I do. My favorite healthy food to eat would be the wild game that I have hunted. My cheat food without a doubt has to be a cream filled doughnut.
